Embodied Systemic Approaches to One to One Coaching & Facilitation
An experiential learning journey with optional ICF Accreditation
Develop your confidence as a coach through embodied practice, systemic understanding and creative facilitation.
Whether you're taking your first steps into coaching or you're an experienced practitioner looking to deepen your work, this programme offers a rich, practical and deeply human approach to one to one coaching.
Coaching is about more than conversation
Coaching is often thought of as two people sitting opposite one another, talking.
Conversation is important, but it is only one way of understanding ourselves and the situations we find ourselves in.
This programme introduces embodied systemic approaches to one-to-one coaching that engage the whole person.
Head.
Heart.
Body.
Intuition.
Together we explore how creative methods, systemic understanding and embodied awareness can help people discover new perspectives, deeper insight and practical ways forward.

Is this programme for you?
This programme is designed for:
Coaches who want to deepen their practice.
Facilitators who want to bring coaching into their work.
Leaders developing a more creative and systemic approach.
People beginning a professional coaching journey.
Experienced practitioners looking for fresh inspiration.
Whether you're new to coaching or already experienced, the training meets you where you are.
If you're just starting out, we'll guide you step by step, making coaching feel accessible, intuitive and grounded.
If you're already an experienced coach, you'll discover fresh inspiration through embodied practice, systemic mapping, constellations and creative approaches to learning..
This is an active, experiential learning journey.
Rather than listening to lectures, you'll learn by doing.
Together we explore:
Embodied intelligence.
Systemic mapping.
The wisdom of the body.
Complexity and interconnected systems.
Creative facilitation.
Nature connection.
Constellations.
Professional coaching practice.
Every module combines theory with practical experience, giving you opportunities to coach, receive coaching, reflect, experiment and develop confidence through practice.
How the training flows
The programme consists of three modules spread across approximately six months, with time between each module to practise, reflect and integrate your learning.
Each module builds on the last.
You develop your coaching practice through real experience, supportive feedback and opportunities to apply what you are learning between modules.
Learning becomes something you live, not simply something you study.
Leadership for an uncertain world
The world needs leaders who can work with complexity rather than certainty. Leaders who can listen deeply, think systemically and respond creatively to what is emerging.
For more than thirty years I have designed and led learning journeys that help people develop these qualities.
Whether you are an experienced coach, an emerging facilitator, someone leading change within your organisation or community, or an individual looking for support as you adapt, my programmes combine rigorous practice with curiosity, creativity and compassion - and always with joy.
My work is practical, embodied and accessible. It brings together systemic thinking, coaching, facilitation, nature connection and creative practice to help people become more confident in themselves and more effective in their work.
