Learning through practice
This is an active and highly practical programme.
The learning includes:
Two residential learning journeys.
Online practice sessions.
Embodied systemic supervision.
Designing and facilitating your own group interventions.
Receiving detailed feedback from tutors and fellow participants.
Applying your learning directly to your own professional practice.
By the end of the programme you will have developed greater confidence in working with the complexity, creativity and unpredictability that groups naturally bring.
Optional ICF Team Coaching Accreditation
For those wishing to pursue professional accreditation, this programme includes an optional pathway towards ICF Team Coaching Accreditation.
Alongside the residential learning, participants receive supervision, feedback and opportunities to demonstrate their developing practice.
Additional guidance is available throughout the accreditation process.

One of the great strengths of this programme is its flexibility.
As your confidence grows, you'll be encouraged to develop the aspects of the work that most inspire you and best support the people and organisations you work with.
Some participants develop a specialist interest in team coaching.
Others deepen their work with systemic mapping or constellations.
